"These people took advantage of my mom. She took her car there, they diagnosed her as having a bad transmission. They went to put one in that they picked out (we did not bring them a transmission) realized it did not fit. Then they charged her the labor for putting the one that didn't fit in and taking it back out and still charged her more labor for installing the second transmission...a new one that did fit. They charged her $1900 for the job. They took 4 weeks to do the job and the moment that they were done they began hounding her to come pick her car up. Being rude about it from the very beginning. I would advise you not to take your vehicle here. This ordeal was about 4 years ago and if it had happened today I would have handled the entire situation much differently."

"carried my truck in for an intake leak ,fixed it in a timely manner, drove to work and wouldnt start. mechanic said whe he put the diatributor back in it felt funny , ended up replacing timing chain, pushrods and valves in heads . truck ran perfect when i carried it in , after i spent 2,000$ on it . took it home , ran great , but now its pouring oil out the timing chain cover . wouldnt take my bicycle to get air put in the tire !!"
