"Great staff and always take care of you"
"Very friendly staff. All of the techs are great and do a fantastic job. They make my little girl feel very safe when they are doing her cleanings and calm her down so she is not scared. We have been going here a few years and everyone there is very kind and welcoming."
"They made something so small into a huge deal, a huge deal that it didn’t have to be. First, I went the dentist, I told them that I have special insurance, and I gave them the paperwork. They agreed to see me and said they would file the paperwork. Months later, they keep billing me. They say it didn’t go through and that it’s my responsibility to figure it out. I call them after the first billing, I tell them it’s not my responsibility to pay, because I worked for the Peace Corps, just file the appropriate paperwork and make another claim. They tell me they don’t have to do that. I tell them, well I’m not responsible for the bill, it’s my job that is responsible, and you need to use the form I gave them to make the claim. They refuse to offer help. But I tell them it should go through. Fast forward a few more bills and I call back again. We go through the same back and forth. Finally, I call the Peace Corps, and they have me 3-way the dentist office, they tell them they didn’t follow the instructions on the form, and they didn’t receive payment because somethings were missing, things like a Tax ID number and a ADA form, things I (the patient) don't have access to. End of the story, all of this could have been avoided, if only the new front desk girl, Britney, just tried to clarify what is going on instead of refusing to cooperate. Instead she launched a full out attack on me and told me she doesn’t have to listen to me, she doesn’t have to file anything, and its my responsibility to figure it out. Turns out I don’t have the ADA form needed to file the claim, they do. Turns out, I don't have the Tax ID Number, they do. Not the patient, but the dentist office has the information needed to file the claim, imagine that. Britney didn’t want to help me and it was evident from the get go. If only they had someone in charge of the office that was better at customer service and aimed to help the customer. She had so much attitude. She had so many excuse as to why she couldn’t help me. Needless to say I would still be a patient at this office if the office phone person was better at customer service. They lost a patient because they just decided to be rude and uncooperative. one star for Britney"
