"We love this place! Great selection of shoes and streetwear, good prices! We especially appreciate the friendly and helpful staff – ALL of them are fantastic, helpful and know their product(s). They’re THE reason we will continue to shop and sell shoes at Atelier Huntsville. June 2022 Update: All good things must come to an end unfortunately. The staff we all knew and loved are all gone. The three – including one who was a part-owner is gone. THEY Made this place an enjoyable place to shop, conversations with and receive honest feedback. They gave Atelier personality - worked hard in building relationships which in turn kept us coming back. We live 40 minutes from this place and made the drive weekly. No longer the case. People come and go, I understand - but current staff have zero personality and have zero interest in their customers. Their only objective is to sell - whether you buy or not - they really don’t care. They watch you walk away without making any attempts to address your needs or wants. They don’t even address you properly when you walk in the front door. One doesn’t feel welcome as we did in the past. Sadly, we will be shopping elsewhere for our vintage wear and kicks."
