"More dry crust than anything, meat, sauce, cheese on pizza are so thin you taste nothing but crust that taste like chewing cardboard."
"Horrible service. Called to try to place an order over the phone and was told I had to use online ordering. I went ahead and ordered online and had to wait an hour for my food and the order wasn't even correct. Only two employees working on a Saturday night and neither seemed motivated to work to get orders out. The manager acted like all the customers piled in her lobby were an inconvenience. Work service ever, this place needs a new manager asap."
"The food was good, but it was 20 minutes past promise time despite ordering on my app. I could see why when I went inside. Most employees were jok8ng with each other and even saw one on her phone instead of removing pizzas from the oven. I listened as 2 employees made fun of a customer who simply didn't want to wait the 20-25 minute wait and left. It's not a good way to run an established if you want to be taken seriously."
"Order a pizza online at 5:27 pm through the web site. (this was after the Little Caesar App would not allow me to build a pizza, and reloaded the app again and once again it would not work). Pizza was to be ready between 5:47 - 5:52 pm. Arrived at 5:53 pm, pizza not in the Portal Pickup, ask the clerk and was told it was in the oven. At 6 PM I inquired about the pizza was was told it was in the oven, at 6:10pm I inquired again and was told it was in the oven, I then asked for a refund, the "manager" came and told me it was in the Oven. I said, you have two minutes, or I want a refund. At 6:15 the manager started the credit to my credit card and told me I did not need to be rude to her employees. All I did was ask about my pizza stating it was over 15 minutes past the time it was due, and I could have gotten a pizza from Domino's faster. It takes 8 to 15 minutes to cook the average pizza, who would want a pizza that had been in the oven for over 1/2 and hour! They could have been honest and simply said we have not even started making my pizza, instead of telling me it was in the oven. Not being truthful to a customer is disrespectable to the customer's intelligence."
"Me and my boy went to the little caesers in fayetteville fiending for a pretel pizza which we have already eaten everyday since its release (I'm not kidding) so we know what it's supposed to look and taste like and this time it was (almost) inedible. This mess was obviously left over from the previous day and had probably been stomped on by every boot in the building. I cried for 2 hours. I still ate it though. I'll drive my butt to decherd next time. Seriously."
