"I already don't like Forman Mills because they always got super long lines, not nearly enough registers open and the place is usually a mess, but today took the cake. I brought my daughter here to get pants for an upcoming performance and she needed to try them on only to be greeted at the firing room with a table blocking the entrance and a sign saying "Fitting Room Closed:See attendant for assistance " So after a full 5 minutes trying to find someone who works here I finally find an employee who says fitting room is "closed today". So I'm like well" how is my daughter supposed to try on the clothes?" The employee proceeded to point to a woman standing at the door and say "ask the manager she right there". So I proceeded to ask that woman and she tells me "The fitting room is closed because she has no one to work it" This is unacceptable for a clothing store. I should not have to go home try something on and bring it back if it doesn't fit. They not giving me gas money. This type of stuff only happens in urban areas. Irritating."
