"One star is too much. They deserve a zero. I have been shopping here at the store and pharmacy for many years. I thought the store, and pharmacy were the best. I received many of my immunizations here. Lately the pharmacy has a sharp down turn in customer service. The store is ok. My doctor called in my prescription, and I called Friday to check if it was ready. They. said it was ready. I called ahead so I will not have to wait. I told them I will be in Monday to get it. Monday morning at the drive through with three employees not waiting on me or anyone. I told them I need to pick up my prescription. They said it will be be ready in 10 minutes. I told the clerk to forget it because, I plan to get it somewhere else.This was the last time I will go to the pharmacy. I plan to continue going to the store."
