"Went in for medicine they say was not sent... It was. Saw in person it was. I just had oral surgery on Tori under my tongue. There are stitches between each of my teeth What! Held together my thin skin under my tongue I cannot touch. What is CVS? Is there anything for any9ne there anymore?? They never have the good vitamins, over priced everything, mean pharmists. Would be great if it were replaced by any another store on earth! My teeth and mouth burns and aches- crying a lot. The novacaine is wearing off- the pharmacy couldn't be bothered to tell me they could ask if another CVS pharmacy has my medicine in so my family could go get it. But the medicine the phone says I have is not what I am supposed to have- and the pharmists claims I have NO MORE PRESCRIPTIONS-???? Lies. AND TOLD ME- WE DONT HAVE ANY PAIN MEDICINE HERE. Just more nonsense from a store that continues to give our elderly in Dearborn and Dearborn Heights a very very very hard time. NOT TO MENTION the locals as well, all i hear about is this pharmacy manager and some other guy there? Go away CVS! This is so painful I want to run into a wall and knock myself out. No help until surgeon is in tomorrow. Considering hospital. Hopefully I don't have to go. I believe CVS pharmacy is sadistic. They enjoy seeing peolpe in pain and im tired of the stories about these people getting gas lit. CVS can take a long walk off a short pier."

"Pharmacy is full of rude people. I am 73 and they would text me my medicine was ready. I would ride my bike there. And it wasn't ready. I am glad I don't have to deal with those people anymore."

"Carol went out of her way to go to the stock room to get an item that hadn't been shelf yet. The item was Easter and I found it at another CVS but I needed 2. The dog items are usually one size of each and I have 2 'grand' dogs. She was kind enough to take the time and help me out and I REALLY appreciated it."

"Four days to get a prescription. People do not know what they're doing. Told me ready in pm, then after 6. Wanted until next day still not ready. Pharmacist doesn't know what his job is. Said goodrx expired. Doesn't! Please, go to any cvs but this one. Better yet, go to Walgreens."
