"So extremely unprofessional this establishment is truly going down fast. I was there to purchase 2 pair of shoes for my babies. Upon inserting my card there was a reader error however it deducted the amount from my account as I am instantly alerted when any amount is removed from my account. At the point the manager contacted customer service to be informed that they were having issues & for me to return to the store the next day which I did. The issue was never resolved and in my frustration I did not return to the store."
