"My first time making a purchase was 1 year ago when my son turned 1 years old. I bought 2 pair of shoes. The lady that helped me at the time put all of my fears and worries aside. She was very nice,knowledgeable and patient with my son. She made us feel so welcomed that I was determined to come back and buy more shoes. But, the other day when I came in I immediately felt a different environment.  The lady that, I could tell begrudgingly helped me, was not very friendly at all. I could tell she thought I wasn't going to buy anything anyway so she was just ready for me to stop wasting her time and leave. On top of that she was not friendly to my 2 year old son at all either.  Seemed as if she didn't have the patience for us or "my kind". Since I didn't feel welcomed I started to just leave but I stayed and bought my son some sandals. But unfortunately this will be my last time buying from or even referring people to this business."
