Usually it’s best to walk into a store this way you know exactly what you’re getting but after going to several stores I could not find the coat that I wanted so I went to online stores. I did my homework & read many reviews from prior customers and I settled on HENIG FURS online store. I want to say customer service is awesome. They went out and beyond to help me to make sure that I get my black mink coat to wear on my birthday when the coat came I was so delighted and satisfied. I ended up buying a second coat from them a brown mink jacket. this company is reliable, and customer service is excellent. I look forward to doing business with them again."

"Today I received my latest order from Henig Fur Company. I believe that my first order was 2 or 3 years ago and to date I have probably ordered over 25 . I ordered the knitted Rex rabbit stretch beanie in white. I wanted a white hat because I didn’t have one and this is perfect. It fits like a glove. The other item was the Buffalo leather zip travel bag in cognac. It is a wonderful addition to my travel bags. Lastly, Henig Furs has ongoing sales and special sales making purchases more affordable for me. I may find myself ordering again before the night is over. That’s how good they are."

She sent a coat similar to what I wanted to the Charlotte (South Park) store for sizing. There, I met Stedman who is the manager of the store, who is awesome. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He made me feel like a queen, while shopping. I knew I had to purchase a coat after their excellent customer service."
