"Bad customer service at this location. After speaking to the manager Jessica about our issue with some placemats, we were told we couldn’t do an exchange due to a policy out of her control and that’s “just how the cookie crumbles”. We spoke to corporate customer service who refuted this claim and stated that it was absolutely up to a specific store and there was no policy preventing us from doing an exchange. They offered a discount off future online orders as compensation. We were able to go to another World Market location and do an exchange no problem. Side note but Becky, our cashier, and another lady that helped were both amazing at this Hoover location. Super friendly! No complaints with them!"
