"I was not pleased with the sales manager. He was not knowledgeable about the vacuum I was interested in and even sent me home with the wrong attachment. I was also given a floor model which was supposedly new out of the box but I would have preferred a box. I ended up returning and ordering a canister vacuum instead from the vacuum doctor in Utah, instead. Free shipping, no tax, and Clint was a pleasure to do business with!"
