"I purchased a pair of shoes from this establishment and the shoe clearly said 115.00 on it the next day when my receipts was emailed I saw that it rang up 125. 00. I thought to myself, oh no there must be a mistake. They overcharged me. I called the store to let them know that I was overcharged and sorry for the misunderstanding but they said that they could not honor the price shown in the shoe that day (what my husband and I clearly saw along with our 3 teenagers). That it was what it was . We are highly disappointed with the customer service because there was no resolve. I hope someone has the integrity to reach out and help us resolve this on behalf of the consumers. We would love to continue to patronize with no distaste."

"terrible. ordered some shoes from jdsports and they packaged up two left shoes and shipped em off to me… how they got 2left shoes? idk but since finishline is affiliated with them they also apart of the company and is held accountable because the shoes were picked up from this store. now im being refunded my money since they’re out of stock when all i wanted was my right shoe… they are horrible and careless. 0 STARS!"

It has been a long time since I have been in a retail store and made to feel like I belonged there and the associate truly wanted to help me. Well it happened tonight, Devon was an excellent sales associate he was very patient and kind. The manager which I failed to get her name, she was just as kind and helpful. I will go back again."
