Wait can be a little extreme when busy, not helped by their limited hours, but I’d happily wait for century for the fried seitan “chicken” (the crunchiest of all crunch) or the jerk bbq “chicken” (so sweet so spicy). Nice people, delicious flavors, giant portions. Thank you! Huntsville desperately needs more of this."
