"Please get more people on the schedule during lunch. Today I waited for an hour and a half for a pizza, for me to get halfway home and notice that my pizza was missing the toppings that go on it after the pizza is pulled out of the oven. The new GM and personnel were lovely but there were only two people dealing with a huge rush until a third person came in at the end of the rush."
"Abby the manager is fantastic and our party of six had a very good experience. It was fairly crowded and she handled all orders perfectly. Outstanding effort. Good food and good location."
"Ordered the fire grilled bbq chicken pizza. The chicken and onion were obsolete. Cheese was minimal. However, the bbq flavored bread was delicious. I just wish I would have received what I ordered."
"Hadn’t been here in over a year. The food inspection rating hanging on the wall is a whopping “86”. Our group was in a bit time crunch heading to see “Sound of Freedom” and had 45 minutes to grab food for the three of us. There was only one couple in front of us ordering two pizzas and it took a full 5 minutes for the young man to finally throw out a dough he was struggling with that had folded onto itself after dropping from the stretcher and complete the second dough ball. The counter space was strewn with flour, bits of dough and obviously not wiped down in a quite a while. The clear shield between the customer and food prep was dirty, both inside and out. The next station had each pizza ingredient mixed and strewn all around the edges of the containers and as the employees added them to the pies… would mix with the other ingredients. Liquid toppings and dry ingredients were piled around the edges of the containers. Not once were the work spaces wiped down or cleaned while we were there. One of the male employees dressing the pies kept grabbing the sides of his pants at the waste through his shirt pulling up or adjusting his pants while still wearing the clear serving gloves. The pizza oven was not clean. There were pieces of toppings and pizzas all over the front opening and inside the fire pit. The employee responsible for the oven would just use the pie spatula and scrape the side along the inside to scoop the burned toppings on the oven floor… out of the oven and onto the kitchen floor. Overall, the food area looked like something that desperately needs the owner’s attention. The drink serving area was unclean and the dispensed ice was very wet and soupy. The sweet tea container top was not on properly and the two juice dispensers were empty and dirty. The floors are filthy and towards the back where the dirty bathrooms are… there is inoperable kitchen and restaurant equipment in the public area. So sad to see this place that used to have lines out the door on Saturdays in this condition. Reminded me of a third world eatery. In spite of all of the issues, the pies were actually very good and of generous proportion."
"This was my first time in this location. The first thing we noticed was condensation from the overhead a/c all over the floor. There were no wet floor signs. If I were the management team, I’d send someone to Walmart to buy some type of signs than to risk a customer falling and suing. If you get past the place needing a little TLC, our pizzas were actually pretty good. The sweet tea was very good as well. We’re planning to return but will try another restaurant if we go there and the place is still dirty."
