"This particular commissary has 1-2 refrigeration units down per month which completely wipes out availability of certain goods. The fruit and vegetables are on the shelves in varying degrees of decay. Bread products are never fully stocked…if you desire a specific type of bread and need more than 1 loaf, good luck."
