"I went there to get a dryer. The person that "assisted" me spent about 15 seconds showing where they were, and that prices were marked on them. Everything I saw was old and over priced. Went to Lowes and spent $100 more on a much better unit. Save your time and shop elsewhere."

"I bought a washer and dryer set there have already used it and both work great. I ended up with the wrong dryer cord but they were kind enough to give me the right one that fit my plug without question. They also give a 90 day warranty on they're products just remember to keep the receipt to show date of purchase in case something were to go wrong they'll need it for the warranty. I wanted to do and updated review For this business. First let me say in no way am I trying to bad mouth this business. But do want to point out a few things I found out about my purchase after my warranty ran out. Soon after my warranty ran out my dryer quit working. I took it apart myself and diagnosed the problem. The first thing I saw upon taking the back off was that a upper thermostat had been bypassed which acts as a saftey to prevent overheating of the unit itself and to protect the heating element. Because this was straight wired it caused the element to overheat and burn out. This could have caused a saftey issue by bypassing this thermostat. This is a repair store that services used units and the part in question was an inexpensive part and could have been replaced cheaply. But instead they tried to cut corners. Now I could have reached out to them and they may have worked with me I don't know because like I stated above I didn't reach out to them. I just wanted anyone else who makes a purchase there to be aware that if you buy a product from there they may cut corners which will end up costing you more money in the long run. The overall repair on the dryer by itself was not quality workmanship. Which is a shame because I originally gave them such a good review. Now this may or may not reflect their overall business pratices and may only reflect the person or person's doing the repairs. So just use your own best judgment and be sure to ask plenty of questions. I hope this updated review helps!!!"

"I called Harrell"s company through a google search. I explained to him the issue that I was experiencing with my dryer and he informed me that he would get the part needed and would fit me into his schedule same day. My husband wanted to just replace the dyer altogether. He explained that it wasn't necessary to do so. Within a few hours he showed up and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. He was even so gracious as to replace my light in the dryer that had not been changed in over two years.The price he quoted was what I paid and it was reasonable and well worth it. I dislike laundry mats so this was a great deal. I will definitely use this company should another problem arrive."

"As a customer of the former owners of this business over a decade ago I'm not impressed by the service of the present owners nor management currently. Yes have shopped here before and wasn't pleased. Years later I am still disappointed. With the prices you get for old refurbished appliances sold multiple times you should have no problems having the proper parts to replace/replace beforehand so once chosen/purchased product should have no issues for the purchasers or users. But the main issue is live up to what you say. When you tell customers that they have to wait up to 7 days for parts to come in (shouldn't have sold product in haphazard conditions) and you don't care enough to be caring about the customer and to REFUSE TO REPLACE OR ACCEPT BACK your or handle your customers rudely and DISRESPECTFUL..is not cool."

"I am one happy customer! I was lucky enough to purchase the LAST washer/dryer set they had in stock yesterday - which happened to be a Maytag Centennial at a steal of a price. Lolita’s customer service was second to none. She sent me pictures of the set and I immediately told her I’d be in to pay for it before COB. My washer/dryer was just delivered and set up by Kyle, who is super personable, and further reassured my decision to buy this particular brand/model as it is the one he has in his home.
