"I had an appointment at 6pm, but I had to wait for 1 hour before it was my turn. Also they didn't give me my tax return forms and they said they will send them to me. After two months I was in need of my tax return forms. So I called them maybe 40-50 times, the phone would go on voicemail (which was full and it would cut you off!). Finally one of them picked up and said they will send the forms to me right away, but they didn't! So I called again and they again said they will send it and they didn't!! Next day I had to go there ask them in person so they can click a few buttons and Email me my forms!!! I definitely don't recommend anyone to go there."

"Good place very friendly for a quick tax evaluation During Tax Season: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. 7 days. During Off Season: April 19 to December 16. Monday through Thursday, 11:00 am to 01:00 pm. Closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday."
