"Not a good experience at all. We should have left as soon as we sat down and were told by our person that "her brain was fried today". Or when she had to ask how to spell my husband's very common name (Joseph). Not a good way to start out. This was our first (and definitely our last) appointment with this individual H&R Block office. I understand people have off days, but I seriously question this person's ability to provide a quality service. Ask the price before your appointment (my mistake!). Don't be surprised when your bill turns out to be $345 for what should be considered a simple return for even a minimally experienced tax professional. If a mistake is made, expect to shell out another $80+ for an amended return. I would not recommend this office. Two stars because the other lady there seemed to know her stuff."

"If I could give no stars I would thus place is a joke! They messed up our taxes put us over 7 grand un the hole and have to pay into the state now and they've done this to MANY MANY other peoples and then treate you like trash and like its all your fault after you find outcast try to fix things. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE hear my warning and stay away. It's a small town place and if you don't have the name they don't care if they mess you or your life up."
