"If I could give a negative rating, I most definitely would. The service writer and tech that took me for a financial ride, really are not in this business to help people they are only in it to take advantage of people. I wish people were competent in their profession and would diagnose a problem instead of throwing parts at something and sending them on their way. After I called to ask for assistance in my matter I was rudely spoken to and hung up on when all U did was ask for assistance. I can't remember when I was taken for a ride like this. I sincerely hope upper management reads this and responds."

They also were very informative about letting me know about an A/C issue I had and pointed me in the right direction to get it resolved. "Absolutely horrible service and lack of care for your truck. Went inside to share my feelings of service and he could care less. ( Busy on cell phone scrolling). I hope management actually looks this up on camera to see). Ask for seat to be fixed and they broke one side and left this hanging out. The two fuel injector seals were not replaced, ( we specifically asked for). The truck still has high squeal.. ( tech saw no problems) ?? The list goes on.. oh and they went into the sleeper bunk ( condo semi) which NOTHING needed fixed in bunk house! Gallon of water tipped over wood floors soaked, rugs tossed with dog bowl.."
