"Went in for a front end alignment on my 2019 Ford Fiesta. Had an appointment, got the alignment done quickly. However, when I drove the car for the first time, it pulled HARD to the right. VERY BADLY. I called the place, brought it back in, they put it back on the machine and fixed it. The thrust angle was off by over 1 degree(that's a lot). I ended up leaving with everything squared away."
