"The shoe dept. inside the Florence Mall is a nice discounted shoe store. They have a lot to choose from and really good prices. I found a pair of slip resistant FILA for $10 less then what I paid at shoe carnival. Really cute accessories, backpacks, etc. the cashier was quiet and didn’t over help but I found what I liked anyways"

"Me and my children walked into the store we were not offered any help. I also had to measure my own child foot. Where has customer service gone? Sure not there!"

"The Sperry shoes only has one shoe in display the girl went to the back and got me an old used shoe to go with the new one. These are completely different they say if you wear them outside you can’t return them or get your money back. I didn’t pay almost $90 for a used shoe that didn’t match my other one. I’m calling my credit card company for the fraudulent sale. Also they never answer the phone."
