Chipotle Mexican Grill 3871 Airport Boulevard, Mobile, AL 36608

"I used to do Moe's until I discovered Chipotle. The last few times I've been to Chipotle, they never have their full menu. We went in tonight at 7 p.m. They had 3 hours left to be open and only had pork and tofu for proteins, and nobody was cooking. The grills weren't going at all. No Fajita veggies, no green salsa. I'm done with this place. It's back to Moe's I go. You can't be a restaurant if you don't have food."

"I've been in here twice, and both times the staff has acted like I'm interrupting them by coming in. Their friendliness could use improvement. My steak bowl was delicious. The chicken bowl I wasn't so impressed with, and the rice was undercooked so it was overall unimpressive. I love Chipotle in general, but this location isn't the best in my opinion"

"So don't go here if you want a quesadilla and haven't ordered it online. I know its a Sunday night but there were was not a long line and I was told that I had to order it online. So what would've been the difference in me asking for one in the store vs via the app? Like a whole 2 minutes? I don't know that just seems strange to me........ Won't be going back there again."

"Always super slow, only 1 serves managing the whole line. Seems like there are about 6-7 people working there always but only 1 person serves the line, which makes it very time consuming to get anything from there. Expect to be there for 20-25 minutes to get your food because the same person will be serving and managing cash register. No smile or etiquettes by any employees at this Chipotle, always feels like they are asked to work for free here. They always have something missing, one day it could be veggies and next day corn and next day both and so on..."

"We ordered ahead, got there at 840pm and store was destroyed. 4 workers no customers- our food hadnt been started even though it should have already been done. They came to me -10 mins late and said they didn’t have steak or fajitas or most of our requests. The store had not been cleaned at all. When I told the guy working I wanted to cancel my order because of lack of food and conditions of food that I could see he got upset and said “imagine if we were fully staffed what we could do.” I’m not so sure this store should be open in the condition it and the food was in when I got there. Truly disgusting and disappointing."
