"Went with a group of eight and we enjoyed ourselves. I had the French onion soup and have to say it was delicious. Full of deep flavor, loaded with onions and topped with melted cheese. I had a 6oz filet and Mac and cheese as my entree. I ordered my steak Pittsburgh style, medium-rare. It came out medium well, so back it went. About 8 minutes later they brought out another and it was perfect. The Mac and cheese was a little “watery” for my taste. Decent flavor, but I’ll would not order it again. Overall, service was good and the food was good. I would go back and try some other dishes."

"Food was very good! The special that night was prime rib and it was excellent! My wife had the beer braised pork shank and it was delicious! Everything was perfect especially our waitress Jaleesa, she was super sweet and attentive! If you've never been, GO! You will enjoy it!"

"This place was great. The dining experience was one of the best I’ve had in quite a while. The atmosphere was lovely. Great place for date night. The servers were outstanding and the food presentation was top tier. The only complaint was that my steak was overcooked. At the end they even gave us complimentary truffle chocolate and a rose! "We love this place, the Mgr Traci makes everyone feel welcome. And, Jalesa is the sweetest server. This time we tried the Lump Crab cakes. I was concerned as I’m from a seafood state up, north. But I have to say these are the best crabcakes in Alabama! Not as large as I’d like, but SUPERB !!!! I highly recommend them. First class dining experience always. Thank you ladies !!!❤️"

"This is one of the best steakhouses in the south. First let me start by saying whenever i’m in the state, I visit. This place is worth the drive from Birmingham and has a different touch the Perry’s, Flemings and even Ruth Chris can’t duplicate. Kelly is the manager and he does it all! He goes far and beyond to accommodate and greet us every time. He loves his restaurant and has a great staff. Billy is our server every time we dine as I always request her. She is so pleasant to be around and I always look forward to seeing her. You can tell both Kelly and Billy love what they do. Kelly is doing one heck of a job running this establishment! The food is A1! The steaks are always tender and packed with flavor. If there is ever an issue, it gets corrected. Also, try the pan roasted salmon! Fire Steakhouse is one of the best!"
