"Two days in a roll I have come here in the Wetumpka Dunken Donuts for ICED coffee. The pictures is of the coffee . I see no ICE! Now I understand the ice machine is down but I also seen them carrying ice in. To allow a ICED coffee to leave their window with no ICE is unacceptable. The answer I get from the manager is "Sir, you could have asked for more ice. " I mentioned it to the young lady at the window and no mention of oh I'll get you more ICE. Poor manager skills and poor communication to her employees . Do better . I spend a lot of money at this store. I do not recommend this store ."
