Everyone there seemed to be cheerful and wished me a Merry Christmas! Drive thru interaction are short and quick, but they surely used that time to make me feel like a valued customer!"

"Decided to try Pizza Hut after many years hiatus, reminiscing about how good it was as a child and I was quickly disappointed! The phone app was not working, the employees at the store were not friendly (it was 7pm and they were cleaning the small lobby and washing windows like it was closing time) and stated that any kind of specials would have to be used through the app (which was not working), and 2 medium pizzas with some breadsticks was a grand total of $50 dollars!!! We decided to reduce the order because $50 for such a small amount of food was outrageous. Then when we did receive our breadsticks the amount of marinara sauce (pictured below) was all that came with 5 breadsticks! When we asked for another one we were told that will be $2 for the tiny cup. TLDR: bad customer service, expensive prices for barely any food, combined with a malfunctioning phone app equals we will not be eating at Pizza Hut ever again. Thank goodness we have a dominos and papa John’s in town!"
