Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

"This Prattville location tonight on 10/15/23 the rudest kid we ever dealt with we were shorted some zaxbys and ranch sauces so were also waiting on our drink this is after getting our food and we can’t leave until we get the extra sauces we paid for actually. we have to remind him everytime he comes back so Instead of bringing it all at once he makes 3 separate trips back and forth from the drive through window to wherever. after the third time we asked for our ranch he literally says something smart and closes the window on us. Never comes back. so we left. if he hates his job he needs to not be in customer service nor at the window. we paid the price for his lack of training/people skills and I hope this gets addressed this place isn’t cheap when feeding a lot of mouths. I would rather drive to millbrook zazbys before coming back here"

"I love Zaxby’s! It’s the best chicken-themed fast food restaurant ever. The chicken tenders, signature chicken sandwiches, fries, toast, and selection of drinks are fantastic though it’s a shame all the cool detail in the restaurant like the pictures and other detail all got removed. Regardless, Zaxby’s is the real deal when it comes to chicken fast food restaurants. It blows KFC and Chick-Fil-A out of the water!"

"Customer service was non existent. Forgot stuff on order. Waited over 10 minutes for my food that was sitting in the window. Employees were confused and acted like they did not care about the people in the lobby, was only worried about door dash and online orders. Will not recommend."

"Second visit to this location. Pretty much the same review from 2 years ago. Not much change. The service was a slow due to the personal conversations taking place behind the counter. The store was messy. Food and paper on the floor. Leaking ceiling. The food portions also appear to be getting smaller."

"The place was a mess! Little smirky white kid at register didn’t give me the number of ranch sauce I ask for and paid for. When I went back up to the counter and ask for the one we didn’t get, he wouldn’t give it to me until I paid .25. There was 5 employees standing at the counter talking and caring on like customers didn’t matter. I’ve included the pictures of sauce and liquids all on the floor, trash cans overflowing and couldn’t throw our trash away. Ketchup packs had smeared sticky stuff all over it. Is e machine didn’t work or water. I left there with my wife saying we never coming back. We spent $30. Id fire all employees there and the manager of it was my business. You just lost a family of 5! It’s a reason chick fil a has more business. Learn from them! Or go out of business. The worst I’ve seen!"
