"Visited yesterday (Sunday February 25,2024) with my infant and a friend. My infant was resting in his stroller and the hostess very rudely said that he had to sit in a high chair on grounds of a safety violation. There were maybe four full tables at best. I did what she asked and she took my stroller and parked it in the caddy near the bathroom, which by the way caused an inconvenience to get around to use the bathroom. At the end, our waitress was nowhere to be found so we attempted to go up front and pay since someone else was doing so. The hostess explained that we had to pay the waitress directly and did we know her name. She went and grabbed the waitress for us to do so. The whole experience was not worth the money spent and quite frankly I should’ve listened to everyone that said the staff is rude."
"Love Fox's Pizza Den!!! We stop there twice a year on our way to Florida. The food is great and it's very clean. The waitresses are very nice. It's southern hospitality at its best. And the sweet tea is good too!!! There is parking on the street in front and parking lots close. In beautiful old downtown Prattville."
"Visited yesterday. We ate in the bar area. Loved our bartender, she was great. We got a pizza and calamari that was very good . I ordered an Italian sub to go with extra cheese. I'm so glad that I ordered extra cheese because I had to look for the Meat ! Very bland , all bread. I'm very disappointed with it."
"Overall a great place to eat for lunch. Service was exceptional and the pizza was very tasty. The best part was the building itself and its historic vibe. I’d love to come back and try it for dinner sometime."
"Our pizzas were very delicious. The service was pretty decent. We were seated immediately and got our drinks in 5 minutes. We both ordered water which is an additional charge because they bring them out in a cup of ice and a water bottle. It took about 20 minutes to get our pizzas. I had gotten a small Buffalo Pizza & my Fiancé got the Custom pizza, which is probably the best deal. The bottom of the pizza was a little white and didn’t have tons of crunch. The toppings were really good. We will be back!"
