"I was actually here picking up food for someone else, so I cannot comment on the food quality. But I will comment on the lackluster staff that was there that day. I have a real problem with workers that do no acknowledge customers when they walk into their establishment, and unfortunately, this is becoming a trend in the post-covid business world. There were probably four or five workers in view when I walked in, and not one of them said hello, or welcome, or anything as I walked up to the counter. I initially walked up to the wrong end of the counter and stood there until a young man that was sweeping asked me, "are you here for something?" His tone wasn't rude, but that's a poorly worded statement to address to a customer. I responded to him that I was there to place an order, and he told me "you have to go to the other end," and no one was standing at that end. So I walk down there and waited. After about a minute and a half, another young man came and took my order as requested. I don't think that I would ever come back here of my own volition. Their food isn't exactly cheap, so their service shouldn't be the way it is."
"This one is located in the middle of downtown, there is no parking whatsoever, especially by there being a Starbucks next to it. Normally the food is always good and fresh but this last visit my rice was hard, like it wasn’t cooked all the way. From me to you, keep the food fresh please, it keep people coming back."
"My burrito bowl was missing the corn-salsa, lettuce, veggies, and cheese as well as a very small portion size of chicken that was just lumped on one side. They also completely forgot my side of guacamole."
"The portion sizes are about 40% less than they used to be. This is a bowl with extra veggies that I pushed together so you can see the actual portion. The salad had the same amount of lettuce as the bowl with less ingredients and smaller portion. This was an online order so it comes from a different line but the main line did look a little better woth it's portions."
"Love this location. A little hard to get to off Hwy 280 but they give huge portions. Ordered online and had my food ready in less than 10 minutes. Got the order correct on two separate orders. Very impressed and better than Hwy 31 location. Way to go guys."
