Carrabba's Italian Grill

"My husband and I ordered our special valentines dinner from just for it to not be so special. We were told the food was ready WAY before it was ready but we still decided to come at the original time it was said to be ready. We waited a few minutes for the food (no big deal knowing it was a busy night). The kid we dealt for curbside was great but once we got home our $80 meal was not so great. We were missing half of an entire meal. The Johnny Trio Meal. As I placed the order online it asked me for a side and no where did it mention I would lose my pasta (the main reason I ordered the trio was to have this and chicken) I chose a side (which was demanded to place the order and pasta was not a choice so who would have thought) and upgraded to a premium side, truffle fries. We called the store and let them know our food was missing and we were then told that even though our valentines meal was messed up that they would only reimburse us for fries. They even offered to replace the fries and when I mentioned the rest of our food would be cold when we returned home the manager we spoke to basically said we were out of luck. As a former manager of a couple restaurants I never would have treated someone like that. Especially a loyal customer. The whole meal should have been replaced at once so we didn’t have to eat cold food or they should have at least reimbursed 50 percent. After we got off the phone my husband then received another call telling him that they replaced my pasta with my side (not to mention their website would not let me proceed further without choosing a side) and that I was again out of luck. We will not return here, and the sad part is we ate here often."

"We had a lovely dinner today and our server Trinity was very attentive and kind. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Thoroughly enjoyed."

"Had a party of 12 - Christmas lunch with coworkers. We ordered 3 Classics Combinations for appetizers - they were good. I ordered the Shrimp & Scallop Linguine Alla Vodka /w a side of steamed broccoli as my entree. It was very tasty and there was no shortage of shrimp or scallops. The broccoli was very good!!"

"First time visiting this restaurant. It was not a good first impression. We were sat right away. Our booth was right inside the front door. Someone came and got our drink order and delivered them. A few minutes later, the server came to our table. Asked if we want the complimentary bread? Of course we did. He said he would go get it. Then he came back, and we ordered our dinners. He suggested I get the penne pomodoro with my Salmon $25.00. My husband ordered the Trio., 7oz top sirloin, mezzalura, and grill chicken marssla $28.99. Both meals came with soup or salad. We opted for soup. It was very hot and had a great flavor. Someone else ( not our server) brought the soup. Our drinks glasses were empty. Our dinners finally came. Our actual server delievered our meals. They were warm, although the pasta was cold. We asked for drink refills and more bread with our dinners. He did exchange my pasta for mash potatoes. We finally got drink refills when we were almost finished eating. Nerver got the bread we asked for. We sat with our empty bread basket and soup bowls on the end of our table the whole meal. There were other servers, bussers and hostess passing ou r table repeatedly. He did come back to have us pay the check. After we paid the check of $62.00, he came back to our table and said he just remembered that he never got us our bread refill. Well, it was a little too late then!! Would not recommend this place. Especially for what you pay, it's not worth it."

"I had a garlic bread stick tower and chicken and shrimp cabanora. It was very good. I must say the caborna at Olive Garden is more hearty. Although it a good. The bread stick tower was wonderful. Overall, it was a good experience."
