"The original recipe chicken was ready, so I ordered extra crispy. This chicken was top salty, and there was about a 10 min wait for fries."

"Order was placed for pick up and was showing ready for pick up on the app but we had to wait in the drive through line because the lobby was closed. There should have been no waiting!! Aaannndd... I had to get out of the car to find out the doors are locked by trying to go in.... there was the order on the counter so.... our food is getting cold while WE WAIT WHEN WE SHOULDNT BE WAITING....and my kid's smoothie is melting."

"Where do I start about this one. The drive thru was down so I went in and should have stayed in my car and went somewhere else. To make this story short and quick. We were traveling from Florida headed back home on a Sunday and nothing to grab to eat but was 1 of 2 places I saw and wanted this well I should have never stopped. The service was slow and terrible. No working restroom the line wasn't that long and patrons that had already placed orders had frowns on their faces so I just walked out. No ordering that day"

"Customer service was atrocious. Went through the drive thru and you could tell the girl working the window had no interest in providing any kind of good service whatsoever. I won’t even say she “seemed” annoyed because I know… she WAS annoyed that anyone showed up to order food. How dare us. That would’ve been ok if the food was remotely good. We got the NEW!!! KFC chicken nuggets but I’ll tell you they were anything but new. They were day old bottom of the fry basket new. I’ve attached a picture. I get it, it was Sunday evening, it’s probably not ideal to be working a KFC window when you could be home relaxing, but why accept the job if that is going to be your attitude. The only bright spot was the young gentleman who brought my food out to my car and happily ran back in to grab sauce I forgot to ask for as I was asked to pull forward to “wait” for day old bottom of the fry basket nuggets and a “famous bowl”. Just do better KFC. Quality fast food with a smile and good customer service is not hard."

"I’m going to start by sharing my ORDER NO. 8298521. I know the restaurant is on the struggle bus, but it’s the only KFC close by, so I gave it a shot. I ordered online, because I was hopeful to get fresh chicken. Well, when I arrived, I realized I had to go inside to retrieve my order…in the rain. There was maybe one other car there. My order was supposed to be ready at 2:11, I arrived at 2:06. The lady who waited on me was very sweet, and she earned the only star here. When she handed me my bags, she said, “is there anything else you need?” I said, “some sauces for my chicken tenders..” which was part of the order. I got a 4 piece meal with a side and a drink, 8piece chicken bucket with 8piece tenders, 2 mashed potatoes, coleslaw and 4 biscuits. When I got home 20 minutes later, I realized why she looked at me funny when I asked for sauces. Because there were NO CHICKEN TENDERS…ZERO…ZILCH…NADA. The 8 pieces of chicken we got were either fried in old grease or reheated one too many times, and I only got one order of mashed potatoes. To top it off, no one answers when I try to call. It’s raining, and the traffic is unreal. I wi t be driving back. I guess I’ll be cooking dinner tonight and literally threw $40 in the trash. I am beyond irritated…hangry…and tired."
