"We'd been wanting to try this place for a good two years now. And boy, oh boy am I glad we did! My picture is a bit blurry so it doesn't exactly do this place justice.. But everything was so fresh and phenomenally delicious. We ordered an extra large super duper supreme, 24 piece buffalo wings and a large Greek salad. This is our new pizza spot, and well worth every penny. Also, the Greek salad was HUGE and so fresh that I was able to eat on it for a few days!"
"I went here earlier tonight and let me tell you what happened. So I went in to this place to place a order but the first thing I did was ask for a restroom. The guy at the register told me there was not one so I was about to leave and this young man name Derrick stopped me and said I will take you to the restroom. He was so polite. So I went ahead a placed my order and went to the restroom. So I talked to him for a min and he told me that he was the general manager for the store but he was still in training. So I told him I hope he gets because his personality was outstanding and his customer service was awesome. So as I was about to leave he said have a blessed day. So before I left I heard him say he was going to the restroom so I placed another order and told the young man that was working to tell Derrick that I was placing another order because of him. I ran into him in the way out so I told him. One thing about this place it has never been a genuine feeling like tonight. He held a conversation and everything and he conversate will all the customers that came in. He treated you like more than a customer and that made me feel good. I usually come here and they take my order and nothing else is said. I will be back with family and friends. I advise you that when you go ask for Derrick and watch what kind of service you get. I wish I could have gave it more than a 5 stars. I wish you all the luck on your mission to be general manager. Whoever the owner is you need to make sure you pay attention to this young man. He will be the one to change the atmosphere in this place. I hope you give him some kind of acknowledgement for coming to your establishment and making a big difference. Sorry for the long message but it's been a long time since I been to a restaurant that made me feel like this."
"While waiting for our food to be made two days ago, Mr Buggs came in and started to spray poison all over the restaurant, all in the open (salad- no lid) and multiple orders being cooked. Disgusting and a health hazard. Left with no lunch."
"Decided to try Sanpeggio's for the first time tonight (Sunday Oct. 29th at 6:30pm). Had high hopes of this becoming a regular place for me and my wife since we live only 7 minutes away by car. Ordered a 16" pizza using their website, sausage on the whole thing, green pepper on half and spinach on half. When I picked up the pizza, I opened the lid and didn't see any sausage at all. I pointed this out to the workers there and they assured me that they did put sausage on it, and that it was "under the cheese". I took that on faith and returned home. Well, the joke was on me because although there was a bit of sausage flavor, there was absolutely no actual sausage on the pizza at all (see the photos I took). No sausage on top of the cheese, no sausage underneath. I assume that they mix a little sausage grease into the sauce to make it taste a bit like sausage and give it a greasy mouthfeel, hoping you won't notice that there's not actually any sausage there. I can't imagine why the owners of this place think this is any way to treat customers. Needless to say, I'll never be back."
"We love SanPeggio’s and were so excited when they opened a location in 5 Points South! Our favorite pizza is the Spinach & Bacon Alfredo. Keep in mind that it’s more of a stop-in for lunch or take-out type spot."
