"The reviews on here are just about accurate. Only thing for me is the one that says they wouldn't call it a resort. What because it's not uppity up with all new homes; extravagant landscaping, and decor priced with outrageous prices? The roads get done every year. It doesn't take long (months) and they're rough again. That's how these type of roads are. Just drive the speed limit. Most people are polite and very friendly. Keep it going.
