"We got our sandwich and noticed the flavor of the sub. Mine was awesome and Mom's was ok. But.... The feng shui and store layout is lost. The flow of incoming patrons is not smooth. The counter is just so big it takes up too much room for the customers. The food was good, the flow was not."

"My car broke down in the parking lot around 7 PM on Tuesday night and I was stuck waiting on a tow truck. At first, I went in to just get a water cup and they were more than happy to offer me one after I explained how bad my night was going. Later, I decided I needed to get dinner while the tow truck was on its way (at this point it was 8:50- and they close at 9) and they were so understanding and ready to make me a sandwich! The staff was so kind, the host name on my receipt was April but there were two other men as well who were extremely helpful. The service here made my night so much better and I am so grateful there are still kind people like this in the service industry!"

"Usual busy lunch rush however one staff member was beyond rude the way she talked to guest and coworkers.
