"I ordered my food through the app and it was wrong when I got home. I didn't get any of my extra toppings that I was charged for and the guy on the speaker on 2/21 night was rude as well he looked like a manager too once I got to the window just disappointed."

"Your promo is all about the melts, but you don't have the buns.... You do realize they sell sourdough bread locally? There is no excuse for that. Poor management. No ice in ice machine. Freezijg cold lobby. Food on lobby floor. Honestly everything I expected when I walked into a Burger King in this side of town."

"I am honestly not sure if anyone works here. Tried to order. Went inside. The employees just don't seem to care. There was one employee at the register for the drive through and inside and one person making all the food for the whole restaurant. The drive through speaker was broken. Our order was incorrect."

"Well they seemed to be shorthanded and they are trying the best they can. It must be tough to turn a profit these days. I'm not going to critizize those workers I just feel they need help. All fast food restaurants have declined it was ok but you cannot reheat a whopper!"

"I just left the drive thru. When I pulled up to order I didn’t even say anything yet because the person taking the order needs to address me before I speak so I can start ordering and she literally said to me “your rude”. I have no idea what I did to deserve that. I almost asked for a manager because that’s ridiculous. I decided to not make a scene because I know they were struggling. I have been there and worked on fast food and it sucks. They were just cussing all in there to the point I could hear it in my car. They made my order wrong. I ordered a number 9 which is a sandwich. The inside of it was correct, but they put it in a tortilla wrap and didn’t even say they were out of bread or anything. This place has major issues they need to address. I won’t be back. I deserve a refund for everything in my order for that behavior and the fact my order was wrong. I do expect someone to resolve this or I will come down there myself and let a manager know what is going on (if they even care)."
