"This place was amazing as Palmer brothers when they specialized in Dodge and GM. A few years ago I needed a trunk lid light for my Dodge charger. They had 15 on site that worked for my model. Had it the next day for 158.00. Was fully functional. Now they don't specialize in anything, they sent 5 "tested replacements" which all didn't work properly. Wasted a month of time, they couldn't get it done and would have been more than $100 more than before. The sales people were nice but doesn't help when you can't actually help the customer."

"I have never left a review before, but this has been the most frustrating experience of my life. I asked for a part. They said they would check and to call back the next morning. I called, no one has checked, call back this afternoon. I call, leave a voice mail on both the main parts depth line and the ext line of the rep. No return phone call. I call the next morning, leave another message. It's been 4 days, I still don't even know if they have the part. No one will return my call."
