"Arrived if the store 15 minutes early it should’ve opened at 10:00 AM. This is on January 18 24. It is now 1018 and still no one comes to the door or answers the phone sign on door says 10 o’clock very poor management."

"I gave this store two stars because the clothing and pricing are great but service not so much. I bought two super cute sweaters and a cute pair of jeans but the customer service is terrible. The two ladies that I could tell worked there did not speak when I came in and gave me ugly stares. Once I was at the counter to purchase what I had picked the lady had a bad attitude and it was written all over her face that she did not want to deal with me. Better employees and better attitudes would make this store a five star stop."

"The only reason I’m giving a 2 is because the clothes and prices are nice but the customer service sucks. All three ladies looked me in my face and neither one of them spoke. There was one girl in there on her phone talking to someone and cursing. The girl at the cash register looked at me with a stank face because I told her I had to come back with cash because I usually use Apple Pay but they do not accept Apple Pay. Every time I come in there they are gossiping instead of offering assistance to their customers. I was actually coming back but now I will not be spending my money at this store. I don’t think people who work in customer service understand that without customers they would not have a job. I’m disgusted!"
