"Worst experience at this location by far. The staff was standing around laughing when I walked in to use the restroom and pick up the smoothies I ordered in the app. I was told I needed to pay before using the bathroom. I had already PAID in the app! The bathrooms were locked and the key was offered to me after several laughs. Do better for paying customers! This was such a disappointment compared to the other times I’ve been at this location."
