"Purchased nice furniture from here in May 2023, paid a $70 delivery fee, however, the delivery was horrible. The delivery men scratched my furniture while bringing it into my home and tore up a wall. The owner came, took pictures and assured me that he would get someone to fix my wall. Now he tells me he nor his delivery men were responsible for the incident and that the delivery men were only supposed to deliver the furniture to the house and leave it outside. I just recently purchased this home in March and now there is this ugly damage to my wall (which by the way he and the delivery men told me to just slap some paint over it) and I am very unsatisfied. Why promise to get someone to fix what your workers destroyed and then go back on your word. This is an injustice and a bad way to conduct business."

"What I like about the store are the discounts received but I have a negative. My negative is that the store is closed on Saturday's and closes before 4 pm weekdays. I work weekdays ,7am-4pm, and can't reach the store in time to see what it has to offer. Then when Saturday comes the store is closed for business leaving me to shop other stores for the discounts they offer...tho I know there is no comparison to what Montgomery Habitat ReStore would offer.
