"Waited 23 min for 2 cold chicken sandwiches. Just to be told the were not cold even though she said the rude manager, that it only takes 7 minutes to cook the chicken fillets then had the nerve to ask me do I want a refund no I want u to go back there and do your freaking job terrible horrible customer service I will probably return again because this is the closest one to my home but next time I will give the same energy I receive oh I forgot after they remade them sat them on the counter no bag disgusting I worked in fast food for ten years in management and this is freaking ridiculous and unprofessional."
"The food is great the customer service was TERRIBLE. I would say this is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever gone to! Went through the drive thru with my fiancé, and he was speaking very loud and clear, but had to repeat the order multiple times and have the woman speak over him saying “is that it” “anything else” and then when we got to the window they had the wrong drink size, so we tell them, and they make us pay more for an extra drink all though it was messed up on their part, and we paid with cash so all they had to do is change the drink in the system, and had us pay the difference instead of paying for whole extra drink on top of the one we ordered. They never gave a receipt to me and also forgot my sauce and my dessert I ordered, tried going in to tell them and get what they left out of our order, and there was 4 people in line and no one at the counter helping, so after a while we just left and didn’t feel like waiting forever without the stuff we ordered."
"This is a review of the Truff spicy mayo chicken sandwich. Don’t buy more than one before you smell/taste it. I love Popeye’s, but this is a fail."
"This has got to be the worst location, not just in Mobile, but in the state. The employees are rude and the management does not hold them accountable. Every time, yes, every single time i go there, they leave out multiple items. The food is good, at least the food that actually makes it into your bag."
"This location has to be among the worst Popeyes in the USA. Chicken was either burned or dried out so bad it looked burned. Anytime I have been to this location they get the order wrong, I always ask for mild and mostly get spicy or a mix of spicy and mild. The young lady at the drive thru could use a lesson in customer service as she is quite rude. In face she will repeat the order total and not say another word I.e. thank you or have a nice day."
