"The service wasn’t even a one. They couldn’t set 7 people. It took over an hour to get our food and when it did they only brought half the order. It took another 15 for the other members order to come. One order wasn’t right the server took the order back (hamburger) she forgot about the order and when we reminded her it took another 15 minutes for her to bring it. Everyone else was finished with their food. The manager wasn’t helpful at all. He wasn’t attentive with us. My opinion I won’t be eating at Chill’s in Mobile,Al."

"Respose back to Chilis... i followed the link toi have listed and it says under construction. Arrived today and no hostess. Had to wait approx 10-15 mins to even be seated by one of 2 waitresses that they had working. Then order was taken after guests that arrived several minutes after we were seated. If we hadn't received gift card for Christmas, we wouldn't have dined at this restaurant today. Service just as bad as it was a few months ago. This chili's used to be our favorite place but it has gone severely downhill."

"Outraged is an understatement. I ordered a quesadilla, potato soup, and a drink online at 2:45. The pickup time was 3:06. I got there at 3. I walked into the to go door and asked about my order. The lady at the counter said they were still making it. Okay, it's just an entree and an appetizer, no big deal. She had walked away and never returned. So I'm waiting. 15 minutes go by and i go back out to the car to grab my phone to see how long it had been. It's 3:20 by now and I'm starting to get irritated as no one has come back to reassure that it would only be a few minutes. Or something. Anything would have been fine. A few more minutes go by and still, no one up there. I decided to call their phone to see if someone would come to the counter to answer it. Nothing. I called several more times. Still nothing. So I go to the bar and asked the bartender to check on my food. She was very nice and polite. A few minutes later, she brings it out, which brings me to the conclusion that the food had been sitting back there for who knows how long. Whatever. I got over it. But I get home to eat, almost mostly finished with my quesadilla, and I'm pulling the crunchy pieces off my tortillas to eat, and on the bottom of one of the slices, a curly hair sticking to it (pictured below). Worst experience"

"The queso and margarita were good, but I was very disappointed when they served black, slimy lettuce in my favorite southwestern salad. Understaffed as well.. took 10+ minutes just to be able to show the server what they served me."
