"I believe the date was Thursday 01/18/24. Owner or management staff can check your store recording. I was shopping with someone and we were ready to check out. The person ahead of us checked out and walked off. My friend and I was talking when I realized we had not been called up to check out. The two associates at the register appeared involved with something other than checking out customers. I went and put my two items back and my friend left her basket of items. Not once did the associates apologize or say I can take you or explain what was preventing them from providing good customer service. I don’t think investors would be happy with losing money. It all adds up. Sorry, I don’t have the names of those involved. I was never called up to the register."

"I find alot of great deals, I was using a voucher and when I got to the checkout realized I hadn't used all of the funds so I asked the cashier if I could go get a few more items to complete the order she said yes, the other cashier next to her told me to next time keep up with my rolling total cause I was holding up the line. I didn't realize I had some clearance items. So one older lady is rude."

"We always enjoy shopping at Burlington for clothes. There’s always a wide selection and deals to be found, it may take a while of looking and digging but you’ll always find something to take home. The big deal here are the low prices."

"All their buggies are trash ..they do not push so you have to stand in line holding your items ..lines are so long that they are all the way to the back walls been in line for an hour …and they only have two registers open when there’s 8 of them .. for all the money they make it should be much better than this .. love the prices but the wait is just always ridiculous ‼️"

"Very disappointed… store was very unorganized. Ask to use the fitting room and the lady at the front counter was extremely RUDE and said the fitting rooms closed at 4 and there was nothing she was going to do… I ask for a manager and I was told she was on the floor that I would have to go find her. After finding her she was very hesitant to let us use the fitting room bc it was an inconvenience for her to have to stand by the fitting room to wait on us. I have never been to a store and had to have supervision like that"
