"Attended a Cub Scout event hosted at this park. This park is beautiful and scenic. The porta John near the space we used was the cleanest Ive ever been in. The Cubs fished in the river and several had good luck doing it. I will say, most of the grounds are covered in poisen ivy and the access to the river is kind of steep so accessibility may be a concern for some."

"Was such a tranquil afternoon even though the lake michigan drive ..traffic delay took 4 ever upon arrival the hault in traffic was far gone..lost hook and bober..caught no fish but two guys came casting net for bait and hooked a big one..lol. A saw TABLE..MADE U WONDER WHAT ELSE IN THE RIVER..????always take my friend bell..SHE THE FIRST PERSON EVER TOOK ME FISHING...I MISS HER!!!!"
