"Although the young workers were very polite and displayed wonderful customer service. However, managers, will you let them know that the cookie toppings for the McFlurries, does not come out of their pockets or from their house. Someone filled my cup with just plain on ice cream, then dumped a few cookie crumbs on top of it, that spilled onto my lap. When I took the McFlurry back to the McDonald's, I was then asked do I want the cookies blended into my ice cream. Isn't it how it should be?! Blended with actually more cookies than ice cream. We have to do right! People are paying $5 for a cup!"

"TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Walked into the lobby to order, and there was at least 3 employees just sitting around in there, and was sitting there the entire time, and wait until we are in the MIDDLE OF ORDERING to "remember" the lobby was closed and told us we had to get out. We decided to do a mobile order with curbside pickup because the drive thru was sooo long, and after waiting 30 min, had to go walk back up to the door to tell the we still have not got our order. It was only 2 frapés!!!! And they didn't even want to come to the door so we could tell them they forgot our order, they wanted to just keep yelling "the lobby closed!" They also didn't have anything in stock either, I didn't get any oreo crumbs for my drink, and the whole time I'm sitting in the pickup spot I can hear the person in the drive thru repeat "we are out of that" or "we don't have none" wasn't even polite about it and say sorry either!! Also there was an ambulance there that could not go thru the drive thru because it was too tall, but the manager must of been too stupid to realize that because they would not take the girls who drove the ambulances order at the door and tried to fuss at them for walking thru the drive thru and the manager kept saying "just drive the ambulance thru the drive thru" after watching them go back and fourth for 10 min they finally agreed to take their order at the door. SOME OF THE WORST SERVICE IVE HAD AT A MCDONALDS!!! NOTJING BUT A BUNCH OF SORRY LAZY WORKERS. The owners need to come fire the manager for allowing such terrible service and being so unprofessional. Never will i come here again"

"Manager at night is extremely rude. So is the feminine kid working the window. Twice now I've had issues and he's copped an attitude, went to get the manager and she does nothing to help. Just tells me there's nothing she can do and walks off before I can even say anything. Food is cold half the time. Don't understand how this lady is a manager, she does not care."

"Went through drive thru ordered chicken nugget meal and cheese burger plain. I have to go back to get my cheese burger They left out. I get home and my daughter bites into this burnt ch burger THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND THIS IS WHAT THEY gave us after i had to already go back to get it since they left it out the first time."
