"We chise to go inside because the drive through line was so long. I am old. I went to the counter and was told I HAD to order at the keous. I have never used it before. I went to it and had an issue with the touch screen working. It would not recognize my touch. I went Back to the counter and waited 3.5 minutes. No one ever asked me if they could help nor did they respond when I said "excuse me" to someone I saw walking around in the back. The volunteer group I work with orders 3 times a week in the a.m. from this McDonald's. There are six of us and the order is always over $40. I will not come back and I am the one who comes every morning. So that is $120 lost in sales per week fo an average of 50 weeks. APROX $6000 a year. How long before you loose enough business and word of mouth business before it makes an impact?"

"I’m SICK of y’all fr! Everytime I order something from there it’s WRONG. I doordash from Azalea all the time and when I receive my order my food is either cold, wrapped poorly or NOT there. Y'all really starting to get on my nerves can’t lie. I door dashed a chicken McGriddle, a hash brown, and a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle. I got two of the same McGriddles. NO HASH BROWN. I started to question if it was the dasher but no ITS y’all."

"I work within walking distance of it. The first time I went around 1:00 pm and my food was barely warm. On this visit,I went at 12pm and it was piping hot just the way I like it. Nothing makes me more furious than being served cold food."
