McDonald's 2692 Government Street, Mobile, AL 36606

"I don't know why I keep giving this location a chance. Every time I come here, my order is made wrong. This last time, made it my last time. It started at the order screen. I wanted 2 of the #7 and the girl was not comprehending at all. The #7 is two cheese burgers, fries and a drink. I needed 2 of them and she just couldn't get it. She asked me to drive to the first window. I did, and the manager was there. I told him what I wanted, and guess what, it was still wrong. When I drove up to the second window you can hear the young lady fussing at the manager, stating she needed help. They need the get it together or that location is going down. No longer a customer"

"Food as usual for a McDonald's. Food never comes out the way it's supposed to look like. Messy without any type of pride in work. The buns were stell and tasted rubbery. Until my last breath, I will not return to any McDonald's, doesn't matter where or when. It's all the same."

"I have visited this McDonald's three times within the past 2 weeks. I was greeted with smiles and the kindest employees. I ordered the quarter pounder with cheese, fries, and a drink. By the time I fixed my drink and found a table the employee was bringing me my food. He gave me my food and told me to enjoy my lunch and have a great day. My burger and fries were piping hot, which put a smile on my face. I have never been treated so good at a fast food restaurant except for (the famous chicken place). My hat is off to every employee at this location. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! YOUR KINDNESS DOESN'T GO UNNOTICED!! Note: If you haven't been to this location in a while, Please give them a second chance!! I promise you won't be sorry. 100% satisfied customer!!!!"

"I’m very disappointed. I ordered a six piece nugget and a small frappe. My nuggets had burnt like dust on them, I Was trying to force myself to eat them but it didn’t taste right so I ended up having to throw them away. But I will say that my frappe and the customer service was good. I just wish that my nuggets were too."
