"Went for late night and the food was room temp and the drink I ordered had mostly ice. This is the amount of ice left inside my cup after finishing the drink and it sitting untouched for about 10 minutes. Disappointed. Usually not like this. I paid $20 for this “drink” I mean flavored ice."

"I’ve never had birria tacos, so I looked EVERYWHERE around mobile for them until I found out about this place. Needless to say, they were everything I ever imagined they would be and then some. I should have bought 2 plates just so I could have had something to eat at home. I’ll know next time, lol. The salsa is the best salsa too, fresh vegetables were used and it was actually spicy and flavorful, just like the birria. I also had the desert cake, and that was the best thing ever too. The atmosphere is amazing and so was the waiter!! Definitely coming back!!"

"Enjoyed sitting at bar near outside opening. Margarita was ok, nothing special. Had the Victoria bowl with grilled chicken , hardly any romaine lettuce. Needed more spices, very bland. Chips were very thick hot sauce ok. Service was good."

"The Steaming and Sizzling Hot metal plate containing Steak, Shrimp, Onions, Green & Red Peppers and familiar spices for my very reasonably priced Steak & Shrimp Fajita could be heard coming around the corner and it is indeed a Head Turner.. and I'm not just saying this because of the awesomely delicious Tropical Margarita sip, and I stress SIP, I had just taken only moments before, which I understood was the culmination of a finely synchronized team of choreographed magic which includes a Hostess, a Waitress, a Bartender, a very friendly and attentive Assistant Manager, several finely trained local cooks from southern lands and unique Spanish dialects that listen to all of types of music back there with their back of house Support Personnel ensuring they have everything they need to provide me with the most satisfyingly appealing meal we have had this side of the border in quite some time. Yo hablo Español perfecto and NOTHING escapes me. This felt like I was in Mexico somewhere, with my six shooter on my side under my surfing poncho, ducking from the blazing sun for a moment, enjoying myself a meal at an upscale dive equipped with a Cantina and two Cantina cooks who have turned avocado slicing into an upscale art and the use of lemons, don't even get me started on the use of lemons, but it is no secret that lemons on certain things is absolutely amazing. You are given the lemons, finely quartered and never smooshed for you because, well, you'll figure it out. The cooks in the back and the public Cantina cooks communicate via extravagantly awesome and uniquely delicious region-proper meals. It will take you at least a few days if not a week of meal visits to explore all that they have to offer. If I say too much more I might just have to go up there again here in a moment. Well worth the stop, great ambience. 5 Stars"
