"Food was fantastic, service was great. Recommend place to stop in for a drink and an amazing Burger"
"Very popular pub with the locals. Food is delicious. Atmosphere is fun. Great happy hour."
"This place is a typical bar and grill, but they do their food right. We got the monday special (red beans, rice, corn bread and sausage) and their jesse james burger. All in all a great meal for the price."
"Cafe didn't live up to expectations of National reviews I had read stating "Best Hamburger in State of Alabama ". Ordered the Wild West burger medium well and as you can see in the picture, the burger was just warm and kind of dry, not even moist. Cafe wasn't very busy. Our party had stopped by after attending Senior Bowl practice at University of South Alabama. I liked the brioche bun but the Hamburger could have been a lot better. If we didn't have a 3 hour drive ahead of us to get home I'd return the hamburger to be re-cooked."
"Very cool place, great service and the food was good. Google sent me an article that listed this place as having the best cheeseburger in Alabama. It's a good burger, but not the best. It is a well worth a visit, has a nice variety of menu selections, and a special for each day. The building is interesting with a ton of its namesake's pictures. So if you're in town and want a good burger, by all means, stop in and enjoy. If you've read my reviews, you'd know I love my burgers and sample them fairly often. The author of that article needs to try a lot more places before proclaiming a best in print. This burger is good and has a good mix of condiments. But the meat was lacking flavor and the bun was just bit excessive for me, somewhat overpowering the burger. My brother loved his onion rings and they looked impressive. Their famous burger and a side was $14, others were less, and the special was $12."
