"This is the third time I have had my order missing something or made completely different than what I ordered.i paid for chocolate chips on my waffle and don't get them .hash browns were raw no ham but yet I paid for them not to mention the rude employees"

"For some reason the store has a sign only doing togo orders. This is forcing everyone to pay the extra 20% even if you wanted to sit in and dine. I dont mind tipping for service but when you are forcing me to pay togo prices that over the top. 10% Togo fee and 10% sevice charge. WHAT SERVICE CHARGE? Then you are expected to Tip. When inquiring about the issue of dining in you get attitude. If i have to pay the money ill at least drive over to another Wafflehouse with nicer employees and better service and gladly tip. SMDH"

"Marcy knows how to run an amazing store!!! It's clean, everyone says good morning.. they help set each other's tables up.. get drink if needed.. the food was delicious.. totally reminds me of old school waffle house and I love it!!!!"
