"Went here yesterday for Valentine’s Day with my grand mother and aunt. They ordered the seafood combo the food was soaked in grease they received no Tatar or cocktail sauce for their food wasn’t even asked if they needed any. My 78 year old grandmother ordered coffee she didn’t receive her coffee til we were about to leave and thats only because she asked were it was. I was told she would be right back with my sour cream for my chicken fajita i never received it. My bell peppers an onions were burnt but the chicken was great! I could see if the place was busy but it was not. And 3 different waitresses also which was strange for 1 table."
"The staff were nice. The concept of the atmosphere was interesting. The location being in the corner of a shopping ctr. and right next door to a laundromat was a definite draw back for me. Parking, unexpectedly, was difficult. As far as Country cooking goes, well, there was a strange flavor that doesn't belong in much of what we had. That taste was a deal breaker for me. A little more simplicity in the food in stead of attempting gormet cooking could make the selections on the menu much better. For me, my experience was at best...okay."
"My husband and I had an early dinner here last night. We enjoyed the unique atmosphere. The clocks and other memorabilia are delightful. The fried mushroom appetizer was very good and came quickly to our table. I ordered the fried oysters with side dishes of green beans and sliced tomatoes. The tomatoes were too ripe for me and they were swiftly replaced with another side dish. The oysters were perfectly cooked as were the chicken fingers that my husband enjoyed. The paradise pie was so tasty and different. We received excellent service as both waitresses seems genuinely interested in serving us. The restaurant also has take away food and currently they are offering Thanksgiving group meals. I recommend this restaurant."
"This place is awful. The order was completely wrong. Ordered a burger, well done, and it was all but raw. Vegetable portions were tiny. And way too expensive. Servers are slow and don't seem to care about your order. Place is AWFUL!!"
"The food was great and the service was EXCELLENT! Everyone we encountered was so friendly and hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit."
